We provide mail lists for individual mailers. That and consulting is all that we do.

How This Works

Currently you may order a minimum of 3000 names. 3000 names have a total cost of 350.00. Names are .10 each with a 50.00 media charge for each list sent, added to this. So, 3000 names from one list would be 350.00. 6,000 names if they come from two lists, would be 700.00 etc.

  We will not rent a list without the form filled out and signed, and returned to us.

• Make the payment payable to DAJ Direct. Do not send payment anywhere else. The list will be sent to Lelli Mail House unless you specify otherwise.

  Your payment can be a personal check (has to clear your bank and be deposited to the company bank and will take 11 business days from time of deposit) money order or cashier's check. Money orders and cashier's check are handled like cash. Once payment is deposited, your list will be emailed to the Lelli mail house, (or specified other place) where, if you have set up your account, they will print and mail your mail pieces. Once payment is received at the office, the order will be either sent to your mail house, if you ordered the list sent by email, or to your physical address if your ordered Peel and Stick labels

  By renting a list for the Income for Life program, through DAJ Direct, list manager, Dan Jacobs Marketing and Andromeda Lightyear Concepts, Inc, (Robert Jacobs) list broker, hereafter know as "the suppliers", I acknowledge the following:
  1. That the suppliers, are not affiliated in any way with World Profit Marketing, Income for Life, Christian Scott or any other person or business that is connected in any way with the Income for Life program. Or with anyone who recommends our services.
  2. That the suppliers make no claim as to the response rate of any list that is rented through them. This includes response rate, performance, or deliverability. All of our lists are targeted business opportunity lists that have at one time or another, been used by various business opportunity mailers. We do not know how any list will work for anyone at any time. It is up to the mailer to test the list.
  3. That if our services have been recommended, the recommendation was unsolicited.
  4. That acknowledging the above, I will not hold the suppliers responsible or liable in any way for the performance of any list I rent from them.
  5. I acknowledge that I am doing The Income for Life program under my own volition and that the suppliers have had nothing to do with my desire to rent a list from them. The suppliers have only provided a business opportunity list at my request after I initiated contact with the supppliers. I have full knowledge of the various problems that may occur when mailing a direct mail list.
  6. I understand that the suppliers, have no on going contact with the Income for Life program and/or its principles and that we cannot supply phone numbers and/or email addresses for any of the principle or anyone involved in this program.
  7. I understand that many mail lists will have undeliverable names, sometimes up to 20% depending on the list. While 20% is extreme, 10% can be common. This is a normal part of direct response lists.
  8. I acknowledge that there is risk in all direct mail endeavors and that there is no guarantee of any outcome or any financial return made or implied by the suppliers.

• 1. All lists are for one time use only. If you wish to mail any part of the list again, the whole list must be paid for again.
  2. Lists cost $100.00 per thousand names or .10 per name.(Labels and shipping costs are additional - see below)
  3. Minimum purchase is 3000 names or the size of the quarter or month segment if it is less then 5000 names.
  4. The cost to email a list is 50.00 flat for most lists.
  5. The cost for labels runs between 7.00 and 10.00 per thousand names depending on the list.
  6. The cost to ship the labels 2nd day is between 30.00 and 35.00 for up to 5000 labels. More labels adds more cost per thousand, usually $3.00, but this can vary. If you want overnight shipping, ask for the price.
  7. We will ship labels directly to you. We email only to your mail house, unless you make other arrangements with us. You will need to fill out a credit form.
  8. Payment can be made by Money Order, Cashier’s Check or personal check. A personal check can take up to 11 days to clear your bank and be deposited to our bank, so allow up to four weeks for delivery of your order if paying by personal check. We do not take credit cards or do bank transfers or checks by phone.
  9. The fastest way to mail payment is overnight FedEx. If you are not in a hurry, regular postal or priority mail is fine.
  10. We make every effort to expedite your order. You can speed things up by sending payment by money order or cashier’s check by overnight mail. It commonly takes 3-5 business days to get a list order to a service bureau once payment is credited.
  

  All list rentals are for one time use only. Lists have been seeded with decoys to prevent unauthorized reuse. Any full or partial reuse of any kind obligates the customer to payment of the full reuse price of the list. All orders are final, cannot be cancelled and are nonrefundable without special permission, in which case cancellation and other charges may apply. Although DAJ Direct/Dan Jacobs Marketing does its best to provide fresh, responsive names, no guarantee is made either explicitly or implied as to the deliverability or responsiveness of any names or lists provided.
